DOT lauds Cebu-based group win in int’l dance competition

Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, who hails from Cebu and a Sto. Nino devotee herself is all praises for the group’s impressive performance, which features the Cebuanos’ devotion to the Senor Sto. Niño through the Sinulog dance.

Sinulog is one of the grandest Philippine festivals attracting tourists worldwide who join in the street dancing and festivities.

Daegu, literally ‘large hill,’ formerly spelled Taegu and officially known as the Daegu Metropolitan City, is a city in South Korea.
