Cebu Pacific’s GetGo gets even more rewarding as Go Rewards

When you activate your Go Rewards, you have the ability to earn points and perks from CEB, Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, and over 2,000 stores nationwide. You get personalized perks and promos based on your favorite shops and purchases, too!

How to activate your Go Rewards membership

If you already have the Go Rewards App:

  • Under the Go Rewards’ “Home” tab, tap “Merge Cards” on the dashboard.
  • A separate window will pop up. Tap “Merge Cards” to add a card.
  • Select “Get Go,” then type your 10-digit GetGo card number.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then tap “Confirm” to proceed.
  • A code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number registered. Enter the code and tap “Continue.”
  • Done!

If you don’t have the Go Rewards App/ not a member yet:

  • Once you’ve downloaded the Go Rewards App (Google Play, Apple Store), tap “Register.”
  • Choose “Yes, I have a card.” then tap “Link my card.”
  • Enter your 10-digit GetGo card number, last name, e-mail address, and mobile number, then tap “Confirm”.
  • A code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number registered. Enter the code and tap “Continue.”
  • Set up a strong password.
  • Done!

You have until September 9, 2022, to activate your Go Rewards membership. After September 9, your accounts will be closed, and any points not transferred will be forfeited. So, don’t let your points go to waste, and register now!

GetGo Points Conversion

All GetGo points earned from January 1, 2020, onwards will be converted into Go Rewards points, which you can use for your next flights with Cebu Pacific or for shopping in over 2,000 stores nationwide.

All GetGo points earned before January 1, 2020, have been converted into your Cebu Pacific Travel Fund, a virtual wallet you can use when purchasing flights and add-ons via the Cebu Pacific Website.

Here’s how to check the number of points active in your GetGo account that will be converted into your Cebu Pacific Travel Fund.

If you have not received your unique booking reference for your Travel Fund from Cebu Pacific, please activate your GetGo account by contacting Go Rewards Customer Care on or before September 6, 2022, to avoid the forfeiture of your points.
